Evolve Bloomington For Parents

What parents want

We make your student’s safety a top priority. Our apartment community offers on-site management that is always available. Our maintenance resources, security cameras, 24/7 staffing, and electronic key access means that we constantly have their well-being in mind and will always be looking out for them.

What students want

evolve Bloomington is located right across from Memorial Stadium, on 18th and Dunn. Not only can Hoosier fans safely tailgate right on our property, but students are within a quick commute to Indiana University. Those who would like to bike to campus can take advantage of our massive bike storage room, and we have parking spaces available for lease in a secure parking facility for our residents with cars. We are also just steps from the White Lot Memorial Bus Shelter, which makes it easy for residents to get to the IU campus and downtown in minutes.

Your student can enjoy all of the comforts of home through our many amazing amenities. They can easily do their own laundry without having to leave the apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer. Each bedroom is individually keyed and all of our floor plans have private bathrooms. And with our game room and courtyard with jumbotron, your student may not visit home as often as you’d like.

When things don’t go as planned

We have an unwavering commitment to our residents and want them to consider us a home away from home. If one of our residents has a maintenance issue, they can request assistance online through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office during regular office hours. We usually resolve most requests promptly and free of charge. We also employ community assistants who remain on call to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Ready to get started?

evolve Bloomington has a simple application and leasing process that was designed with you and your student in mind. Paperwork is available in the leasing office, or you can easily complete the application online. When filling out an application, each resident must pass a background check. Most students will also need a guarantor (usually a parent) to sign the guaranty agreement as part of the application process.

Your student will be signing an individual lease, which means that each resident is only responsible for his or her own rental payment. By designing the leasing process this way, we promote a safe and responsible community for residents and their families. If a student is new to the area or who hasn’t already chosen a roommate, we can help them find people to live with using our roommate matching questionnaire.
